Samsung unveiled some of its latest innovations at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2010 held in Las Vegas early in January. Included among those were extensive arrays of LED TVs with 3D technology and pencil-thin set designs. The latest 3D displays also connect with a new 3D Blu-ray Disc player that will be in the market later in the year. Going to live concerts could become a thing of the past, according to Japanese electronics giant Sony. In an event at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, the company announced plans to start beaming 3D gigs directly into living rooms around the world, giving the chance to experience live music events in lifelike clarity without ever leaving the sofa. HP has started the year with a cool, clean Slate in Las Vegas. Microsoft unveiled the prototype PC Tablet from HP, in CES 2010 on January 06. In his keynote address Steve Ballmer, CEO Microsoft termed it an all in one media device. The product is a joint venture between HP and Microsoft and runs a full version of Windows 7 which most likely would give it an edge over Apple’s iPad.
